Charest's Survival Based On Bedding With Harper

The National Post reports on Quebec Premier Jean Charest’s speech in the National Assembly essentially telling voters in Quebec that only he, unlike the Parti Quebecois, can deliver the goods for Quebeckers. Both Harper and Charest need each other to both get their majority Governments in both their next elections. Our concern is, what are the goods that Harper will deliver to Quebec. What about us in the West?
