Ralph Klein's Third Wave Health Care Plan A "gimmicky slogan"

Critics to Klein’s Third Way Health Care Plan in Alberta say its just a ruse and a gimmick to move to a US style of health care and that it also violates Canada’s Health Protection Act. If Harper lets Klein get away with his plan, Harper has reneged on his election campaign promise to enforce our Health Protection Act.
